Change Permalinks/Page URLs To Different Domain?

Hi all,

We have a WP blog installed on let’s say, Domain A. so the address is domainA.com/blog/. We also have another site, Domain B.

We want the links/permalinks of the pages in Domain A’s blog to go to pages on Domain B. When you go to edit the permalink of the blog’s pages, you can’t edit the entire domain/URL.

We’ve tried the Custom Permalinks plugin, but it apparently isn’t compatible with WP 3.5.2.

Any help on how we can do this would be appreciated. We are still relatively new at WP. We are not afraid to edit code or .php files, but that’s the extent of our experience.
