change permalink used by facebbok via addThis plugin

Hello,

I m using the addThis plugin,
i show it on post.
The problem is, in my configuration,
i show some post only on a list in a page,
for exemple, i have a category named “Profs” (which means Teachers), and i’m using a page to regroup all the posts depending on this category.
At the end of each post, there is the add-this button,
for “Facebook” for instance, the image and the description which is shown is perfect, but the permalink send me on the single page, and i would like to be redirect on the global “Profs” page, it means that it will be the same link for all these posts.

it’s the page i want to be redirect from Facebook and from all the others community (tweeter, linkdn)

I have exactly the same need for another page.

I was wondering how i can change that,
or if you have any suggestion to help me.
