# Change permalink

 * On my site menu I have a category “Portfolio”. Within portfolio is a subcategory“
   All”. I’d like to change the permalink of Portfolio from [http://www.mydomain.com/projects](http://www.mydomain.com/projects)
   to “All”‘s permalink [http://www.mydomain](http://www.mydomain) so that Portfolio
   and All have the same permalink. WordPress isn’t letting me.
 * Any help would be great.

 * If WordPress won’t let you, it’s because the slug “alll” is already being used.
   You’ll need to edit the slug of the sub-category if you want another page to 
   use it.
