Change password reset hint text

    Hi,

    I would like to change the wording of the Hint that displays when a user is changing their password. Some of my users want to use shorter passwords. They are allowed to do this, but the text implies that it needs to be at least 12 characters long.

    Where/how do I edit the wording of this message
