Hi there is an option in the plugin settings as you can see from https://docs.codeat.co/glossary/getting-started/#how-to-change-slugs-and-urls-for-your-glossary

Did you changed both the fields?

There are 2 other fields below those that let you to define the Label for the post type.
Those 2 define only the slugs.

You are right those fields are available in the pro version and is not specified anywhere.
We will improve it for the next major.
