[Resolved] Change page background color for Fighter theme

  • Can someone lead me in the right direction to change the page background of my blog- it’s http://www.handiworkwithheart.com . It’s the Fighter theme. I’ve already changed the sidebar and post background to the color I want- but I’m trying to figure out how to change the white page background that’s left to the same lavender color- do I need to add some new CSS code or something?

    Please help if you can.

Looks like the theme designer didn’t set a background color. Just add background: #FAF4FA; to the body element near the top of the css file.

Have you tried adding ‘background: #FAF4FA;’ to your body element in the style.css file?

Thank you! That worked! I had tried adding exactly what you said but i didn’t know quite where to place it so that’s why it didn’t work. thank u so much for responding.
