So, upon closer examination, it looks like the military time is being inherited by another plugin I use called pickup/delivery time by coderocks. So I’m now curious what hook you are using to add the custom field value so I can find where the military time is coming from.

Time format is set in WP Admin -> Settings -> General.
Whatever time format/date format is set here will be reflected on the receipt.

I wish that were the case it was the case with our old printer that printed off an email framework but the current receipt printer is using your plugin and inheriting the pickup time from another plugin at the bottom of the receipt. All the stuff that cloud prnt generates is the correct time but i need to findout what hook is used for the custom field value that is grabbing the pickup time from our other plugin.

I’m in the process of testing it in conjunction with our plugin although I don’t anticipate any issues.

Have you already set the time zone in the Woo Delivery Plugin settings?
Could you also check the pickup time format in the Pickup Time menu?

Please let me know what you have set for both.

I have all the possible time setting set to a normal 12 hour clock. it only ever prints the 24hour in the receipt which is weird thanks a lot for the help btw.
