    Hello,

My customer is given a woocommerce order confirmation by email.

One of the subtitles is “order”. How can i change this in “ordernumber”?

    Thank you very much,

    Geert Jan

Hey @omzetgroeier – there are two ways that you can update this text a bit:

    1. You could work with some custom code to edit the templates of the emails. Here’s a tutorial on how to do that.
    2. You could also use a translation plugin like Loco Translate. With that, target that specific string and “translate” it to what you want.

    Hello Job,

I’m not a pro. With loco translate i cannot find the order # string to change into ordernumber.

I hope someone could help me out..

You’d need to find the right string in Loco Translate that you want to change and then update it. For example, here I’ve selected the string in the email for the invoice email that is sent:

    loco translate for invoice

If you’d like to get more familiar with using Loco, I’d recommend having a look at the tutorials on their website: https://localise.biz/wordpress/plugin
