I am receiving this message…
When change Status to “Pending”, “Cancelled” or “Failed” will delete all course, lesson, quiz… progress!
We had orders that were in a pending status state and we changed them to complete…when we did that, did it delete all previous course progress? Why would it do that!

Hi,

If you change the status order to cancel, pending the progress of user will be reset.

Will this happen if you change the status from pending to complete? Will changing it to complete reset the users progress?

If the order is pending, the progress of the user will is 0% so we don’t need reset it when change to the completed.
