Change “— OR —” text underneath express checkout btn

Underneath the express checkout button, there’s some text “— OR —”. Is there a way to change this with a snippet, say to “Or use the form below to use your credit card”?

The string OR is translatable within the plugin. This means you should be able to translate or change the string using a translator plugin (e.g., Loco Translate). Anything further than this would require some custom coding.
