    Hello,

    Is there a way for customers to change their shipping address when the order is “in progress”?

    Currently, they can do it in their account under the tab “My addresses” and modify the delivery address but this is only taken into account for future orders.

    So we have to do it manually.

    The customer would need to contact the store, next, a store manager can edit the address when checking the order.

    As you mentioned, the customers can edit the shipping address in the section under My Account Addresses. Keep in mind this is for future orders, not the current ones.
