Hi folks is it possible to change the sites from numbers to sub domains as I have quite a few sites and it does get confusing. If possible will it delete anything.
    Thanks again.

From … numbers? You mean your sites are visited as example.com/1/ and so on?

So you want to rename your sites from numbers to words?

You can do this but .. it’s going to be complicated. Are they really subdomains or are they subfolders?

Hi not quite sure this is the path i have public_html/wp-content/uploads/sites then it is numbered folders after that and looks like plugins in each numbered folder. Sorry.

    Oh! NO NO NONO!

Do NOT change THOSE numbers! They’re imperitive to WordPress.

Why do you want to change them?

Ok will leave them. It just gets confusing rather than names. 🙁

Why does it matter? You don’t have to care about ’em, just let WP do it’s thing.
