Change number of pages to show only for mobiles

Hey,

When surfing my web through a mobile, many pages in navigation seems to messed up, you can see it here –
http://www.amitsadik.com/portfolio-category/traditional-art/
(you can minimize the window to see the problem).

Is there a way to change the option “Number Of Pages To Show” to a specific number only for mobiles,
Or make a drop down list only for mobiles?
