 * My guess would be the navigation menu 🙂
 * I’ve been trying to figure that out too.
 * I found that when using categories for the menu, the menu adapts automatically
   to the language.
 * But how do you set pages as a menu item and make them appear automatically for
   each language version?

 * Head over your custom menu, click on the menu items and you will find checkboxes
   that will help you decide where you want to display them. here’s a screenshot:
