 * I’m editing the language file of a plugin, and realised that that file may be
   renewed with the renewal of the plugin.
 * I would appreciate recording my changes, preferably in a format I can import 
   in the renewed language file.
 * Would that be possible?

   be overwritten by plugin updates.
