Full changelog is included into the PageSpeed Ninja package (file CHANGELOG).

Any change that change log could be added as a tab on the plugin website?

When the update shows up and you click “view version 0.9.21” it just takes you to the general description for the plugin.

OK, starting from next release the changelog tab will be available.
