change layout width to 900px and sticky nav-bar

    Hi I only have a local copy now.

    https://colorlib.com/sparkling/ I need something like this, sticky nav with a width of 900px

    You can make the header sticky by checking the theme option “Sticky Header” on the following path.

    Admin Area -> Appearance -> Customize -> Sparkling Options -> Header

    I am not sure what you meant by 900px layout here so could you please describe it a bit more in detail?
