Olá Ricardo,
Instalei um plugin chamado Loco, que tem a função de traduzir outros plugins. Entretanto para não ter que começar do zero baixei no wordpress.org o que já foi traduzido para o português e usei está tradução como modelo.

I used the link you show us to make a model in Loco Translate because the oficial Porguese Translate is wating a editor.

It’s best to translate everything in the official wordpress translation.
What I could do, is add you as a Translation Editor for Portuguese, this way you could approve the translations that are already in there (as well as directly add new ones).
