Enabling ‘Change Internal links to AMP’ option will reflected on AMP post only. It will not affect non-AMP site.

My only question is that I chose the amp for wp plugin for Auto ads on my site but Auto ads is not showing.
I bought the AMP pro extension manager and had it uploaded to my site via team@ampforwp.com and since then my 6 pages have stopped opening in mobile.
Then I complained to team@ampforwp.com 4 days ago but my problem has not been resolved yet.
I had also given them the user ID and password of my WordPress admin panel but they could not solve this problem.
Now do I remove the amp pro extension manager? It seems that my money has gone in vain.
