    I am sorry about that.
    My site was hacked and I was able to restore it to the prevision version but I am still not able to change the image on the title bar.
    If I remove the content of root/index.php it goes away but if I add content in my case it is.
    <?php
    /**
    * Front to the WordPress application. This file doesn’t do anything, but loads
    * wp-blog-header.php which does and tells WordPress to load the theme.
    *
    * @package WordPress
    */

    /**
    * Tells WordPress to load the WordPress theme and output it.
    *
    * @var bool
    */
    define(‘WP_USE_THEMES’, true);

    /** Loads the WordPress Environment and Template */
    require(‘./wp-blog-header.php’);

    That image which hacker put appears and the title says The title says “The Hacked site”

    Any suggestions?
