Support » Theme: Easel » Change header on pages to be different from menu label

  • I am running into a bit of an issue when trying to customize my easel theme. I would really like to be able to make the Page Title at the top different from the Menu option for that page.

For example if I have a page called home in the menu, when I click on it I would like to either be able to remove or change the “Home” title at the top of the page. Too redundant for me.

Does anyone know how to make these different either in a dashboard option or in the code?

step #1… create the page with whatever page title you want to appear on the page

step #2 .. when using appearance -> menu .. add the item to the menu then change the title there. it will not change the page title just the menu title
