# Change Order’s Rule: from Completed to Processing

 * Hi, when my customers pay using a credit card and the payment is successful, 
   Woocommerce marks their orders as “Completed” instead of the desired “Processing”.
   Is there a way to change this that’s not manually?
    Thank you

 * By default, WooCommerce should only change an order’s status to `Completed` after
   payment if the products within the order are marked as both `Virtual` and `Downloadable`,
   is that the case for all of your products?
 * If not, try making sure those two things are not selected, then the order should
   go to `Processing` after it is placed and paid for, instead of `Completed` status.
