Yes, you can change the footer text color with custom CSS.
Please add below custom CSS in your theme Customize
Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS
.footer *,
.footer a,
.footer .widget-content .text-title {
color: #000;
}
Currently, we give black color, and you have to give the custom color you want to it.

I’m trying to delete verbiage in my footer and cannot locate where to change this. This footer is on all of my pages. We have closed one location and I’ve been able to eliminate the second address, but not the name of the second address. This is the site I’m working on https://angelinacheckexpress.com/
