  • Also, in both the RSS and Facebook widget titles, the formatting for a visit site is applied. How do I remove that formatting for just those widgets?

    Edit your CSS (style.css) and adjust the value of .widget-title

    Thank you, was able to change the font, now for the second problem–deactivating the links in the Widget titles for Facebook and RSS feed so the font color does not change once the link is visited.

    You don’t need to activate the link. Simply just add the same color to the CSS for the same class.

    .widget-title a,
    .widget-title a:visited,
    .widget-title a:hover {
        color: #fff; /* or rgb(255,255,255) or color name */

    Totally makes sense. Didn’t work. Any other ideas?

    From a quick peek to the CSS, I see that the styling on the .widget-title class has been overridden by the #secondary ID.

    So you need to change the #secondary and instead of .widget-title

    Oh .. and instead of writing above code inline on the template you should edit the base.css on line 248 and 249 where the related style for the element you need to change is written.
