# Change folder

 * I want to change the folder where my special files are uploaded and unchecked“
   Organize my uploads into month- and year-based folders” in the plugin settings.
   But I still cannot choose this folder. What to do? Thanks.

 * If you want to specify a folder that is different from the wp-content/uploads
   folder, it is a good idea to edit [wp-config.php](https://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Moving_uploads_folder).

   folder for the plugin.
