Change example.com/?p_action=user_profile&post_author=x to example.com/username

Hello everyone, I’m familiar with PHP and MYSQL but I just cannot figure this out for the life of me. I went into the Permalinks but nothing happened. I have this link right here -> http://www.udiospace.com/?p_action=user_profile&post_author=119 and I’m trying to change it to -> http://www.udiospace.com/dangersparkJM
I am however failing very hard at it. Can anyone help me out and ask questions I don’t know what exactly you need to know to help me out.
