 * Hi and thank you to anyone (or everyone) who responds to my inquiry.
 * I’m looking to customize the warning/error messages that users receive when they
   insert the wrong password, lost their password, etc.
 * For example, if a user types in the wrong password when trying to log into their
   WooCommerce customer account, they receive the following message:
 * “_**ERROR:** The password you entered for the username **[johnsmith@email.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/change-error-messages/johnsmith@email.com?output_format=md)**
   is incorrect. Lost your password?_“
 * I’m looking to change some of the context of these messages but I can’t find 
   them. The messages don’t appear within the localization files or in any other
   files/directories (from what I can tell).
 * Would anyone have any additional details as to how I can edit the warning/error
   messages?
