I have a client who would like me to make changes to the appearance of the emails she received via the contact form. I have some understanding of the code…but could use some help getting pointed in the right direction.

She wants to remove all the excess info regarding IP address data from the sending and stuff that comes at the end of the messages and maybe shorten or change the layout of the items so maybe they are more side by side and not on a separate line?

The email message does not have a template, sorry. This makes it more simple for the users. I think Contact Form 7 does.

The sender info at the bottom of the email can be turned off with a setting on the form edit page. Uncheck “Enable sender information in e-mail footer”.

Also you can check “Enable to receive email as HTML instead of plain text”
when you do, the labels will be bold on the email.
