    Hi there!
Could someone explain to me how to change the default text of posts created by Publicize.
What I mean is that if do not change anything in the tab, the article will be posted on the social networks connected and in the text field there will be only the title of the article.
I would like to add some hashtags, therefore if the title of the post is for e.g “This is my post”, it will be shared on the social networks and the test field
    This is my post
    #hashtag1 #hashtag2 #hashtag3

    Hope I was clear.
    Thanks,
    Juri

    Hi @jsigno

Just to clarify, do you mean not having to go in and customize the message each time like this:

    https://wordpress.com/support/publicize/#customize-your-message

And instead having this done automatically for you? Is that what you mean?

    Hi Bruce!
    Yes, right.
Now when I create a new article by default in the message window I find only the article’s title.
I would like, at least to insert by default some hashtags. The optimum would be the excerpt + some hashtags.
    Thanks.

    Hi @jsigno,

I’m afraid that’s not possible, as Publicize will automatically post only the post title and the first a hundred words or so, when possible.

The only way you have to add hashtags to your text before getting it publicized is to manually add them by following the steps listed in the link shared by Bruce.

If that’s important for you, I would suggest browsing for other plugins that feature this functionality 🙂

    Hope that helps!
