Change default Sender address

Hello!

Although I’ve changed the default sender address here in the settings:

Static Senderaddress: community@mydomain.com

….when you view the ecard page, It still auto-populates the main wordpress administrative email address instead. Is there any way to make it stick, OR remove the auto-populate for this field altogether? I realize the user is capable of changing the default sender address, but it might be less confusing if it was blank.
