Change default quality of image in result

Which image are you talking about? Would you be able to provide a link to your tracking page (and the order number), so I can check this?

If you would like, you can replace the images used for the default tracking graphic status by replacing the existing image files found in the plugin. The two image files used for the tracking graphic are “default_full.png” and “default.png” and can be found in the /assets/img/ folder of the plugin.

Thank you for providing that additional information. In that case, try using a higher-resolution image. We don’t do anything to set or reduce the image quality/size.

Also, if you could provide the URL to your tracking page, along with a sample tracking number (and associated email address, if Email Verification is enabled), we could take a look at the source code to see if there is perhaps some CSS conflict, etc. that is causing the issue you’re experiencing.
