Change date format in date field (Localiaztion)

I have multilanguge site in WordPress with WPML plugin. In admin panel i created 3 forms. But in frontend in various forms, datepicker only in russian. How i can change to english and ukranian?
p.s. before I created the form I choose language in each form.
