Change custom header size (revisited) (1 post)

    Hello all,

    url: geometrycoloringpages.com

    I am attempting to resize my custom header after a theme update. I guess when I did it last, it was via the parent theme. Now using these suggestions below, I can't figure out how to make it happen again.

    I created a child theme, made a child theme style.css and function.php, and added recommended code:

    * Change default custom header size
    function spun_custom_header_args( $args ) {

    $args = array(
    'width' => 200,
    'height' => 200,
    return $args;

    add_filter( 'spun_custom_header_args', 'spun_custom_header_args', 999 );

    #masthead img { max-height: 200px; }

    Added to functions.php, and style.css, respectively.

    Someone on one of those threads recommended trying this:

    The only need is to change the size you want at .../theme/spun/inc/custom-header.php

    function spun_custom_header_setup() {
    $args = array(
    'default-image' => '',
    'default-text-color' => '999',
    'width' => 500, <==========here
    'height' => 200, <==========here

    That didn't work either.

    Any suggestions on how I can fix this? Thank you all sooo much!
