You should be able to set the currency symbol in WooCommerce> Settings> Currency.
There are options to set the symbol, as well as your main currencies, in that area.

Sorry, what I meant was that there is a table with prices in a Virtue custom tab. These prices are manually typed in the table, and include a USD $ sign. I would need to replace these dollar signs with Euro € signs.

Virtue custom tab for products is a premium theme option so I can assume your using premium?

The tab content is meta data so it’s saved inside the wp_postmeta
