    Hi,

I am trying to change the dimensions of the header image. before the update, it used to span the width of the entire page, but now it only appears in the top left corner. What is the best way to make the image span the entire width of the page? Potenitally through css by changing the container size?

    Thanks

  • I found this too, but a lateral think fixed the issue. Setting Header Layout to “Logo Center” does it right, while reverting to Logo Left will reintroduce the problem. Since it’s full width the alignment L vs R vs Center doesn’t matter.

My concern is … if the design team thinks the small size is in some way “right”, might a future release break our sites? Please Mr/Ms Cyberchimp let it not be so!

To set the full-width header image, set the Header Layout as “Logo Center” and add the logo image of the size as per your requirement as suggested by @dannyletham.

In the upcoming release of the Responsive theme, the theme will support the full-width logo in Left and Right Layout also.

Hi, thanks to @dannyletham and @cyberchimps for clear guidance on this…but where do I set the Header Layout as “Logo Center”?
I’m on Responsive 4.0.5 but can’t see how to use Customize>Extras>header image(deprecated) to do this?
    Many thanks, Richard

@richardkershaw You can find this setting under Appearance -> Customizer -> Header -> Header Section

Many thanks @prajakti , that’s helped me get my header image to take up the full screen width.
