Change comment toggle in something else

    Dear people,

    Can I change the comment toggle, wich has a +sign in it/or a number when a comment has given?
    I want to change it in something like: ‘Leave your thought..’
    to make it more obvious that you can leave your comment down the post. Is that possible?
