Change colors

Hello,

I’ve put the guestbook on my site: http://www.neledesaeger.be/gastenboek

I want to change the color of the description ‘name’, ’email’, ‘message’, … because my background is black and the description is also black.

I also can not read the messages below, because of the black text color.

I tried to change the colors in CSS in the guestbooksettings but nothing changes when I save it.
