Change color of text box and title

Hi-
I need to change the color of the background of the text input area in the form so it’s viewable on a light gray background. Right now the box disappears so the user can’t see it. I’d like the input text areas to really stand out. I’ve searched the Editor files and can’t locate where I can make this change. If you can direct me to the location, I’d appreciate it!

I also would like to know how I can change the color of the titles of the fields. I’d like a darker color than the dark gray that is being used.
