    Hi there,

Thank you for opening a topic.

I’ve checked your page and it seems the selected class is not being added to the selected label, I also noticed your site doesn’t include the css file of our plugin.

We’ve checked our local sites and it’s working, sand there’s hasn’t been any change from our part in this behaviour. Please check what other source is causing this issue by disabling the rest of the plugin except WooCommerce and our plugin, if the problem persists try using a default WooCommerce theme like Twenty Twenty or Storefront.

Let me know what is causing this problem.

Thanks so much for the reply. I tried to disable some minification features for JS and CSS in the SG Optimizer plugin to see if that helped but no luck (also tried to exclude some items from minification and i had no luck). Thats about as deep as im able to dive in with my limited knowledge of CSS/JS.

I appreciate your help and troubleshooting, I am at a loss and cant really troubleshoot much beyond what i have (and i do not expect you guys to do anything further as it is a free plugin and should be working correctly based on the info you provided above).

I’ll try do a little more troubleshooting and if no luck, ill likely just disable this plugin.

    Thank you!

    Hi there,

hope you are doing well! 🙂

We have been checking the product page and we can see that you’re experiencing some JS issues that can be affected by the color issue since the JS won’t work in this case. We attach an screenshot here.

As suggested, please, try to disable all the plugins except WooCommerce and YITH Color and Label Variations for WooCommerce in order to check if there is some conflict with other plugins.

Let us know your results, please.

    Have a nice day!
