Change color in template

Hi,
how can I change the colors in my header.

The text should not be black, neither the line and black bar under the logo.
Also the texts “Hem” and “Om Solgårdarna” should I be able to change color and the way they shif when they are activeted/non-activated.

I hope you understand my poor english.
