This can’t be changed in the current plugin version, but we are working on allowing a custom fee name for our next update.
We wanted to include this feature with the original release but there were some minor issues that left us postponing it for the next version.

Similarly, question to edit/translate the text:
“Mollie_WC_CREDITCARD Fee”
And (for CC): “2,8% Fee”
Neither show up in the string translations.

As mentioned above, we are working on making customization of the fee-related strings possible with the next update, but it does not yet work for the latest version 6.4.0.

We have built a preview version that allows you to set a (general) custom name for the fee:

At the bottom of the Mollie advanced settings here: /wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-settings&tab=mollie_settings§ion=advanced
You will find a setting for Surcharge gateway fee label.
This label will be applied to the fee from all gateways instead of the ones that looked like this MOLLIE_WC_PAYPAL FEE. The changes here should not cause any problems, but since this hasn’t yet gone through the entire QA routine, it must be considered a beta preview and should be tested in a staging site first.
We are working on some more surcharge improvements for the next update, but are always happy about feedback. Thanks!
