Change check frequency?

    Thanks for a great plugin!

    I was wondering if there is some relatively easy way to change the frequency of how ofter the plugin makes a check for a change?

    I only need it to check once every 5-10 minutes or so.

    I’m planing on using this on many browsers at the same time so this would save a lot of bandwidth and performance.

    Hi,
    you plugin sounds very interesting and I wanted to use in a project…
    I see in it a lot of possibilities but for the moment I can’t see it in action on a wordpress 4.4 in chrome browser. Do you know if it is compatible with this newer versions of WP?
