    I am trying to change/update the catalog ID in my Facebook for WooCommerce plugin because I had deleted all my catalogs on Facebook and no matter what I do inside the plugin the old (no longer available) catalog is showing in the plugin. I have looked through the support pages and I’m not seeing this issue. I need to know how to update the catalog ID within the plugin. Thanks!

    Thanks for writing to us about Facebook for WooCommerce! I’m happy to help 🙂

    It sounds like something may have gone awry in the connection between the plugin and Facebook. First, could you please ensure that the plugin is updated to the latest version, v2.0.5?

    If the plugin still is not functioning properly after updating, my recommendation would be to reset the plugin’s connection to Facebook by navigating to WooCommerce > Facebook and clicking uninstall (screenshot here: https://cloud.skyver.ge/P8uyQkx2).

    Then, you can go back to WooCommerce > Facebook, click Get Started, and go through the setup process again.
