    I take it you mean the whitespace between the image and the thin grey line (which in CSS terms is the actual “border”)? I can tell you the answer is not CSS. The bulk of the whitespace is part of the image, so the solution would be in how the image was processed.

    You might also consider specifying the font-size of the price in pixels instead of ems. Like many, I’ve my default font-size boosted due to a somewhat high rez monitor, which makes the price not fit in the circle. I generally prefer em sizing, but it’s a problem when text must fit in a limited space. Its defined on wp-content/themes/meari/woocommerce/style.css under div.product div.images p.price, ul.products li.modern .price, .productslider-wrapper .price selectors. Or break out p.price separately instead of changing it for all.
