Support » Plugin: WPC Product Bundles for WooCommerce » Change behaviour if product “low in threshold”

    Hi there,

I found out today (the hard way) that a product bundle goes out of stock if one or more of the bundled items goes “low in threshold”.

Is there a way to change this behaviour? I want to receive an email notification when an item goes “low on stock”, but the Bundle should still be purchasable.

As a work-around I have now set the Low-Stock-Notification to 0 products. But that means that I won’t get any notifications when the stock is getting low…

Many thanks from a happy Premium customer for the Composite Bundle.

    Hi @loadofbikes ,

For this issue, you can kindly contact us via this page, give a detailed description of your issue with a link to your published product for checking. Our support team will help you check that. Since you’re a Premium user, we might need to access the admin area of your site to be sure that this wasn’t caused by another third-party plugin on your site.

Our plugin only marks a smart bundle as out of stock when one of the bundled products go out of stock and the Exclude unpurchasable option is disabled. It’s strange when it goes out of stock due to the low threshold.

    Best regards.
