# Change Backordered text on Emails

 * I’ve a had a look and copied the email I’m looking to change. But can’t for the
   life of me find where I can change the text > Backordered on transactional emails.
 * Can anyone tell me where I can change this. Don’t think it’s a great message 
   for customers.

 * I think I’d try not copying the email and instead try the plugin:
    [https://wordpress.org/plugins/say-what/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/say-what/)
   to change individual strings.
