change background image

Hi There !

I am trying to change my background image and it’s not working.
What am I doing wrong?

Ive uploaded a new image into my images folder and changed the name in the stylesheet but it’s not working.

Here’s the stylesheet, i hope someone will understand what im doing wrong:
