Change Background Colour in Vigilance

    I just moved from wordpress.com to wordpress.org today, and I’m trying to get my site set up just like it was before. I’m using the Vigilance theme, but I can’t find any way to change the background color. It’s not an available option so I decided to search through the code, but I still can’t find anything.

    In your style.css is there anything like this?

    body {
	font: 100% Arial, Helvetica;
	background: #ffffff;
	color: #000000;
	}

    Here you can change the colour…I use this to find colour codes:
