  • Once an invoice has scheduled status I can’t find a way to change the status to published in the Dashboard. Changing the publish date did not change it’s status from scheduled to published, like it does for regular posts.

    A scheduled invoice shows a Not Found message to the client.

    The only way I was able to change an invoice from scheduled to published was to use PHPMyAdmin to go to the posts table and change ‘future’ to ‘publish’

    Does an invoice get its status to Published automatically on the date of recurrence?

    I prepared the invoice with a future Invoice Date. Then just before I sent it, I changed the Invoice Date to the current day. But the customer informed me that they got a ‘Page Not Found’ at the link I sent. I tried to backdate the Invoice Date, but the Invoice still showed “Scheduled” status in the Invoices listing. Only going into PHPMyAdmin and changing the status from ‘future’ to ‘publish’ fixed it.
