Change Admin Email

    Hi, We have installed the plugin and it picket the admin address, so we updated the admin user email but its not reflecting under the admin/notification/email/department.

    We want to change the admin email address so we can get the notification at the different id. But it’s not letting us change.

    Please HELP.

    Hi,

    Add email address in System Emails.

    Admin > JS Support Ticket > System Emails

    Now this email address available in configuration.
